The objective of this association is to engage in all charitable, education and scientific purposes within the meaning of Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended (or any successor provision), including, but not limited to the protection, propagation, and restoration of forests, fish, and game; to promote and establish more cordial relations between sportsmen and landowners; to cooperate and assist in the enforcement of the game laws; to promote, protect and perpetuate public hunting, fishing and trapping in this Commonwealth; all other activities concerning land and water in connection therewith and to such other matters as a majority of the representatives of the members may decide on that are not in conflict with the above; and to do any and all acts germane to the purposes permitted by Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 180.
